~*General*~

--No chain letters or spam mail
--No harrassment, assult or prejudices will be tolerated
--All players shall be respectful and cooperative with one another. If a dispute occurs, contact the President.


~*Stables*~

--Members begin with their own stbale and it is their goal to maintain it and raise its status throughout the game
--A stable may not own more than 150 racing or stock horses at a time, and are permitted an additional 100 foals at the same given time. As the game continues, a member's individual status lowers or drops and determines if they are permitted more or less horses than the given numbers at their stables. The maximum additional co-owned horses is 25
--You MUST create a stable web page.
--We do NOT create stable pages or horse pages for you, it is your duty.
--Your stable page MUST include your stable's name, colors, location(anywhere you wish that is a real place), owner, and a list of each horse & their stats. Optional: individual pages for special horses or ALL horses, pics, training/workout summaries, news clippings, etc.
--YOU must keep track of ALL your records and stats. I may sometimes conduct "Pop Record Checks" which can earn your stable money
--All stables must have names and silk colors & patterns
--No two stables may base on one computer unless otherwise notes by the president


~*Horses*~

--No two horses may have the same name
--Weekly disasters occur, so keep up with the disaster and injury rosters!
--Your stable starts with 13 horses:
.......1 broodmare(in foal)
.......1 stud
.......1 yearling
.......2 two-year-olds
.......2 three-year-olds
.......2 four-year-olds
.......2 five+ year-olds
--We will send you the stats of your starting horses
--Horses are valued by their cash winnings; there is no point system.
--Any horse once the age of 3 is considered mare/stallion
--Horses age at the turn of every "season"(season last approx. 3 months)
--Horses died by the age of 20, and can breed until their death


~*Breeding*~

--The studbook lists the only horses available to sire foals. Some are famous horses not based in this game. No horses is sired by a horse not in the studbook
--A horse recieves recognition as a stud after winning 6 races
--Mares may breed at age 4 and stallions may breed at age 3
--Mares are pregnant for 16 days.You must register your mare's pregnancy for a due date and keep your records valid in comparison to the Foaling Records
--A mare may foal 3 times per season
--A stud may have up to 15 foals per season(this excludes famous out-of-game studs
--The mare's owner pays either A.) the owner of the stallion or B.)Wire Fever Bank for the stud fee. Stud fees are listed in the studbook. In-game studs are to be started at a $1,000 stud fee and may raise from their depending on their status. Out-of-game studs range from $5,000 to $20,000 for a single breeding. All stud fees must be approved by the president.


~*Money*~

--Stud fee payment information is listed under ~*Breeding*~
--You begin the game with $500,000. Spend wisely.
--You earn money through winning and placing in races as well as your stable's breeding program or sales profits
--Purse winnings(unless otherwise noted):

.......Second=20%
.......Third=10%
.......Fourth=5%


~*Racing*~

--Racing is the basis of this game and separates the worthy from the useless. If you dont make it in the racing world, youre doomed. Youre level of activeness is also determined by how often you participate in races. If the President feels you are inactive you can be warned and penalized(usually a small fine or loss of stock), if you are active cash bonuses or stock additions may be of great value to your stables
--A horse may only be entered in 3 races per week, and no 2 in the same day.
--Each horse must win or place 2nd in a MAIDEN race before moving on to other competition
--Only the game may hold races; Stables may hold training or workout days(Please register them in the Schedule Of Events)
--Horse may begin racing at age 2, but retire by age 10 or earlier
--All horse must race at least 4 times in their life.
